About me… I’m a Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer (CMKBD), Certified Interior Designer (CID), and national design competition judge with 25+ years of experience transforming spaces and guiding clients through renovation and recovery. As the founder of Stacy McCarthy Design, I specialize in full-service and trauma-informed design that helps families move from chaos to comfort.
My experience spans residential and commercial design, showroom leadership, luxury appliance and plumbing representation, and disaster restoration project management. I’ve served the NKBA for over a decade and currently lead as President of the South Florida Chapter (2022–2025).
I’m also a Global Design & Brand Strategy Advisor for several boutique international companies who are elevating the A&D Education. 15 + years as a CEU author, industry speaker, and consultant I thrive on mentoring designers, collaborating with builders, uplifting industry brands, and restoring beauty in even the most challenging home environments
